Paul Perkins - Chairman of the Board and CEO

Paul became the President and CEO of First Community National Bank in 1976 after his father L.J. "Tick" Perkins stepped down from the family operations. In 2006, Paul turned over his Presidential duties to his son Scott Perkins. Paul still plays an active part of the daily operations as he serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Paul resides in Steelville with his wife, Linda. They have three grown children, Mark, Scott and Julie, and six grandchildren, Naomi, James, Marli, Aiden, John and Emeri.

Scott Perkins

Scott is the President of First Community National Bank, Community President of the Steelville Financial Center and Senior Retail Service Supervisor of FCNB. Scott is a 1999 graduate of Maryville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Administration with an emphasis in Management. Scott also graduated in 2002 from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors, Scott is currently a member of the Steelville Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Missouri Bankers Association Young Bankers Leadership Division Board.  Scott resides in Steelville with his wife, Dawn and three daughters: Naomi, Marli and Emeri.

Mark Perkins

Mark is the President of Steelville Community BancShares, Inc., Regional President of the Rolla North, Rolla South, and Vienna Financial Centers and Senior Commercial Lending Officer of First Community National Bank. Mark graduated from Steelville High School in 1993.  Mark is a 1998 graduate of Providence College in Providence, RI with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Adminstration with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance.  Mark is the Vice President of the Choices for People Center and is an active member of the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce. Mark resides in Rolla with his wife, Lori and two sons, James and John.

Rosella Roberts

Rosella is the Prestige Director of First Community National Bank. In addition to being a member of the FCNB Board of Directors, Rosella is the Treasurer of the Steelville Community Services, Inc., Secretary/Treasurer of the Meramec Music Theatre, Treasurer of the Volnetz Charitable Foundation and Board Member of the Steelville Telephone Exchange.  Rosella resides in Steelville.

Ervin Stubblefield

Ervin became an FCNB Board of Directors member in 1984. He is the Director of the Crawford Electric Cooperative in Bourbon, MO and Elder at Trinity Chapel Presbyterian Church in Cuba, MO. Ervin was the Owner/Operator of the Cuba Western Auto Store, Owner/Operator of NAPA Auto Parts Store in Cuba, MO, and is currently a part-time salesperson at Mid-State Lumber in Cuba. Ervin resides in Cuba with his wife Mary Jean. They have two grown children and four grandchildren.

Kem Schwieder

Kem became an FCNB Board of Directors member in 1997. He is the President of Steelville Industrial Development Authority, President of Gibbs Care Center/Gibbs Manor, Vice-President of Volnetz Charitable Foundation, and Treasurer of Masonic Lodge. Kem is also the President of Schwieder Properties, LLC and was previously a Ford dealer until his retirement in 2006. Kem resides in Steelville and has one daughter, Alexandra.

James D. Cottrell

Jim became a FCNB Board of Directors member in 1999 representing the Steelville and Cherryville area.  Jim serves as the President of the Crawford County Electric Cooperative, a Director of the Steelville Telephone Exchange, Secretary and Director of Show Me Power and as President of the Ozark Trail Blazers.  He also owns and operates Cottrell Farms.  Jim resides in Cherryville with his wife, Joyce.  They have two children, Lance Cottrell and Shannon Harmon, two granddaughters and one grandson.

Herbert J. Baumann

Herb became a FCNB Board of Directors member in 2005 representing the Eureka, St. Louis and surrounding areas. Herb is the President of Baumann Property Company, Inc, owner of West County Contracting and Maintenance, as well as several real estate investments.  Herb resides in Ballwin with his wife, Nancy. Together they have four grown children.
 

John Hewkin

John became a FCNB Board of Directors member in 2009 representing the Cuba community.  As a Pharmacist, John and his wife, Lynne, own and operate Towne Pharmacy in Cuba.  In November of 2007, John was appointed to the Crawford County Commission and was re-elected in 2008 to serve a four year term.  John graduated from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1985 and Cuba High School in 1979.  John currently serves as President of the Leadership Board at Amazing Grace Community Church.  John and his wife, Lynne, reside in Cuba with their four children; Stephanie, Michelle, Shannon and Ryan.
