e-Business Basic - FREE

Access business accounts through Online Banking - Look up daily balances, view transactions, download information, view images of checks and deposits, transfer money between accounts and make loan payments online.
Customize access for multiple users - Take control of the level of access of information by establishing multiple users with unique user names and passwords.
Download your account information to Quicken or Quick Books.
Receive your statements through E-Statements - Receive an e-mail notification each month that your statement is available. Quick, easy and the best way to receive your bank statement. ($5.00 per month if E-Statements are not selected)

e-Business Extras - $15.00 per month

Please select the following features for your benefit:

Positive Pay - Pay only the checks and the amounts authorized directly by your business. This security protection prevents unauthorized checks and incorrect amounts from clearing your accounts.
Online Bill Pay - Online Bill Pay is the easy way to pay all of your vendors. Just enter the payee, the amount and date to be paid and your payment will be instantly processed. Up to 100 Transactions each month are included. Additional transactions will incur additional expense.
Annual CD-Rom of monthly statements available upon request.

Remote Deposit - $95.00 per month

Remote Deposit is like bringing the bank’s teller window to your business!
Capture checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks electronically with a secure, accountable check processing system.
Use the provided scanner to submit all of your checks electronically to be deposited directly into your account!

ACH Capabilities - $20.00 per month
- ACH Capability gives you the ability to originate ACH transactions.
- Initiate credits to employee accounts for payroll disbursement.
- Initiate debits from customer accounts for payments.
- Can be used in conjunction with several accounting software programs for quick and easy use.
Wire Transfer - Price to be determined by wire activity
- Wire Transfer gives you the ability to originate wire transfers.
- Send money to other banks quickly and easily.
Both ACH & Wire Capabilities Price to be determined by wire activity.
- Receive both ACH and Wire Transfer Capabilities.

e-Business Services

Check Collect Recovery Services and First Data Credit Card Processing offer you a low cost way to electronically collect funds quickly and easily. These services can be used in conjunction with e-Business Banking or can be selected separately.

Check Collect Recovery Services
- Provides a cost-effective solution for automating collections of consumer checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF).
- This innovative service captures an image of NSF checks and electronically re-presents them to the consumer's financial institution via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network.
- A secure Web site enables your business to track each NSF check through the collection cycle.
- When the check is collected, you will receive 100 percent of each collected check’s face value.
First Data Credit Card Processing
- Allowing customers to pay with plastic isn’t an option for today’s merchants, it’s a requirement.
- Reliable electronic payment solutions from First Data can help reduce the time merchants spend handling other payment types and allow you to focus on serving your customers and making sales.
- Choose from a variety of electronic payment and online transaction processing solutions to enable credit and debit acceptance, check verification, currency conversion and contactless payment options.
