Notary Service
All FCNB offices have notary service available. The cost of this service is based on the type of account you have with FCNB. Non-customers pay a fee of $2 per item notarized.
Funds Transfer
Automatic Funds Transfer (AFTs) allow payments, upon the customers approval, to be transferred from one account to another. For instance, if a customer wants to make a loan payment automatically from his checking account on the 15th of each month, then the customer would be eligible to use an AFT.
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit allows the customer's income check to be deposited directly into their account from the payee source - eliminating the need for a paper check to be sent to the customer. FCNB offers direct deposit on Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Railroad Retirement and Veterans Assistance (VA) checks. Many employers also have direct deposit from their payroll.
